AMR Insurance offers the Liberty Northwest Self Storage Insurance Program.

Your business has unique needs, and this insurance product is tailored to accomodate those exposures.  In addition to the standard Businessowner's Policy, the Self Storage Facilities Policy offers these options:

 

• Accrued Rental Charges—If you can not collect accrued rental or lease charges due to a covered cause of loss we will pay these charges under the Business Income coverage.

 

• Employee Dishonesty—If employee dishonesty is selected we will pay for loss or damage to the personal property of your customers resulting from dishonest acts of your employees.

 

• Customers’ Goods Legal Liability—We will pay sums you are legally required to pay due to damage to your customers’ goods. Optional limits available.

 

• Liability from Lockout, Sale, Removal, or Disposition of Customer’s Property—We will pay sums you are legally required to pay due to the lockout, sale, removal or disposition of customers’ property. Optional limits available
